Lavender String Art on Canvas

This was inspired by all the lavender growing in my garden here in France. I was picking it one day and my mind started to wander. I was looking at the structure of those tiny little flowers and my idea of using string was borne. Lavender I was executed in string and painted in acrylics using glazes to achieve a feeling of depth.
